Three terminal tandem
This examples shows how to setup a 3T tandem device using the simplified 'IBC' syntax. It simulates the bottom- and top-cell JV curves for different voltage-match ratios. The JV-curves are not entirely independent in a 3T device due to photon-coupling and sharing a common electron transport path through the bottom cell.
Photon coupling is strong for high top-cell voltages, i.e. for high voltage-match ratio. A high current of one cell leads to a potential drop along the common electron transport path, which is visible in the other cell's JV curve.
